Who'd have thought it

I'm constantly amazed by the things I discover on the web ecosystem. Today I discovered a blog, Tales of the Gurrier, part of which is devoted to short stories inspired by photos on Flickr. One of my photos has inspired a tale of poisoning.
The way that the web inspires people to build unexpected, creative and sometimes subversive works upon the tools and efforts of other people is what makes it so dynamic. The web fosters interdependence and creativity in way that's remarkably like a biological ecosystem.

I agree with you, the web is a wonderful tool for collaboration and inspiration. I am always surprised and delighted by the myriad of people I have met online and through the net.
